John Maurer, General Contractor/ Owner

John got his start in the building, design and development business at the early age of 14 when he began working in his father Tom Maurer’s architectural development firm. He started his own construction company in 2006 and has been focused on providing quality general contracting and design build projects ever since. He has developed a strong foundation in the coordination of construction drawings, specifications, project estimates, and construction administration. John has also taken lead roles in entitlements and permitting applications while facilitating approvals from multiple governing agencies. John coordinates closely with his clients serving as a reliable key contact throughout the life of the projects he manages. He strives to cultivate lasting partnerships by contributing whatever it takes to guarantee each project's success.  When John isn’t building, he enjoys spending time his wife Wendy and their two children.

Brian has been a California real estate broker for over 30 years. In addition he has worked as a property manager for all types of properties – single family homes, apartment communities, industrial, office and retail. Brian brings the unique and invaluable ability to accurately determine the future value of your prospective projects. He is well versed in construction management and scheduling, so that each job is completed in the least amount of time and with as minimum invasion as possible. He is known for being calm under all conditions and more importantly, for his honesty. Brian has been married to his lovely wife since 1996. They have two children and live in Costa Mesa, CA. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching Angels baseball.
